Description:
This public contract is a works contract which aims to:
1) The study (design and obtaining permits), construction, financing and marketing of a real estate complex composed of a maximum of 19 housing units, 3 commercial spaces on the ground floor and parking spaces private.
2) The study (design, obtaining permits and drafting of the award file) of the public surroundings (the shared road connecting rue Jean Mintens and rue de Charleroi and the development of the surroundings of the project along rue de Charleroi with public parking spaces for commercial spaces). The Municipality will be responsible for carrying out and financing this work.
The successful bidder will be responsible, at his own expense, for designing, building and marketing all the housing and businesses as well as the related parking spaces. The successful bidder will also be responsible for obtaining the planning authorizations necessary for the entire project.
