Description:
The contract concerns the supply, installation and connection of photovoltaic panels to the Erezee salmon farm. The panels will be installed on a supporting structure at a height of 3 meters to allow fish workers to pass under the structure. This market is cconcluded for a period of one year from the date of notification of contract award. The market has two phases. Phase 1 (Steps prior to the granting of the planning permit) • Pre-construction technical visit of preparation by a technical specialist in order to collect all theinformation relating to the site • Establishment of the panel layout diagram and the single-line diagram of the installation • Transmission of the technical file including the characteristics of the various equipment (supports, photovoltaic panels, inverter, etc.) so that the awarding authoritycator can submit the application for a planning permit to the delegated official. The submission and management of the planning permit application is managed by the contracting authority. Phase 2 (Stages subsequent to the award of the planning permit) • At the request of the contracting authorityr, optional phase of revision of the initial project if special conditions are imposed by the planning permit. • Creation of the foundations, assembly and fixing of the supports intended to receive the photovoltaic panels • Assembly and fixing of the monocrystalline photovoltaic panelsn • Assembly, installation and connection of the inverter • Implementation of the production management system and web monitoring of the inverter • Connection of the photovoltaic installation to the electrical network (AC-DC) • Certification process installation, RGIE control and notificationfor the commissioning of an electricity production installation.
