The purpose of this market is the work, supplies, transport, labor and all means necessary for the execution of: the restoration of wing 3 of the Beaurieux farm. This market is a market whose purpose is to take the conservation measures necessary for the obligation of an owner of a classified property to maintain it in good condition within the meaning of article D.22 §2 of the Territorial Development Code (CODT) and articles 514/9 to 13 of the Walloon Government Decree of 03/13/2014 relating to the subsidy of the work of the monuments classified, with regard to the property owned by the contracting authority, which has been the subject of a ministerial classification decree dated 06/09/1988 and which is located at 1490 Court-Saint-Etienne, rue Saussale n ° 2, Cadastré: Sn.
