Description:
This market is part of a work market relating to the partial reconstruction of the U800 building, transformation of the end of the 700 and the liaison gateway between buildings 700 and 800 following a site incident occurred on February 18, 2022 (fall in a cranesite tour on the building). The contractor for this market will therefore have to intervene on a partly cleared work via a previous market.
The initial building was made up of two levels (a ground floor and a basement) in traditional construction and 5 levels under constructionmodular. The modular levels are completely evacuated. The structural work of the traditional construction levels is maintained but the completions and part of the special techniques must be evacuated.
These works include:
• The reconstruction of levels +1 to +5 of the building as wellthat the construction of extensions:
-The dismantling of certain chassis on the ground floor and the demolition of the central staircase on the level ground level at +1;
-The initially external end staircase is integrated into the building;
-The external area of the ground floor sheltered underThe floors is filled with buildings also;
- The major extension of the building is between the end of the initial building and the Boulevard Lalaing;
• The dismantling of the provisional dressing of the bridge to give it a new facing and insulating on its four faces andcompletion ...
