The purpose of the market is to designate an entrepreneur who will be responsible for carrying out energy renovation work (insulation of facades with replacement of external joinery, insulation of roofs with implementation of a new waterproofing, installation of ventilation systems ,…) And compliance with the health and safety standards of 96 dwellings. For 42 dwellings (54 dwellings having already benefited), the entrepreneur will be responsible for carrying out complete or partial electrical compliance work. These accommodation will be occupied.
