- This market has increased in the form of a framework agreement which aims to meet the current and future needs of PAB. This framework agreement relates to the acquisition of mobile communication terminals (tablets and accessories) and related services. The basic list takes up a set of items which must be proposed by the tenderer. This basic list is taken up in tenders.
