This market is a supply market in accordance with the law of June 17, 2016 relating to public procurement. The parking agency of the region ofBrussels-Capitale (hereinafter also called the "Agency" or "Parking.brussels"), created by the order of January 22, 2009 and repealed by the ordinance on the organization of the parking policy and redefining the missions and methods of management of the parking agency of the region ofBrussels-Capital of July 6, 2022 (M.B. 08.09.2022) is a public limited company of public law (article 34§1er of the order of July 6, 2022) which must achieve the objectives of this order and whose offices are established on rue de l'Hopital 31 to 1000 Brussels.
