As part of the development of the CPHA amendment, the COBAT in Article 24, specifies that the PRAS must indicate the existing situation of fact (SITEX). This SITEX will take the form of a card.Afin to produce this card it is imperative to carry out an exhaustive inventory of the occupation of the territory (occupation of buildings and land) in the Brussels-Capital Region (RBC). This SITEX will also nurture the diagnosis prior to the modification of the PRAS. The main market object is the realization of the field survey that will supply the BD-Sitex.The data that will feed the BD-Sitex will be for the essential collected via a field investigation.
