This contract concerns the provision of a sensor observation service (SOSOR Observation Service - SOS) for the new R / V Belgica research vessel, as well as ancillary services when using the software. Software of this type makes it possible to record and display the oceanographic data of the research vessels, in this case of the former ship Belgica (1984-2021, hereinafter referred to as "Belgica 1") and the new vessel Belgica (2021- ..., hereinafter referred to as "Belgica 2").
