The market includes three parties:
οThe financing of investments retained by the contracting authority, via the granting of aCredit opening up to the amount (s) max. mentioned below, with a view to financing investment expenditure (conditions: see chapter 2);
ο financial assistance and administrative service (Conditions: cf. chapter 3);
ο a administrative, financial and technical supportof the contracting authority, during the duration of the projects (s), below called technical and financial support of the project (Conditions: cf. chapter 4).
Buildings
1. Construction of a 30 -bed accommodation building
2. Renovation of the main building
the maximum amount to be financed for the entireof the market amounts to β¬ 6,550,971.66.
The cost of construction, including the unexpected and the revision is estimated at β¬ 4,779,351.00 to which the architectural fees, the owner and the VAT, should be added. This gives us a total of β¬ 5,281,183.00. This amount will be funded viaAVIQ subsidies up to 1,486,592.00 β¬ as well as an equity supply of β¬ 500,000. The amount remaining to be financed for this project is β¬ 3,686,737.
