The Parking Agency of the Brussels-Capital Region, created by the Ordinance of 22 January 2009 is a public limited company (Article 25 of the Ordinance of 22 January 2009 on the organization of the parking policy and creation of The Parking Agency of the Brussels-Capital Region). In this respect, it wishes, through this contract, to provide the services of an external accountant authorized for the accounting and external control requirements of the financial information relating to the parking of the United States of the Brussels-Capital Region .
