PUBLIC SERVICES CONTRACT WITH THE SUBJECT MATTER of providing a project leader/project leader for the implementation of a SMART Charging solution at the Regional Agency for Cleanliness
In the Infrastructure department, the project leader/project leader manages and coordinatesall administrative and technical tasks for the roll-out of the intelligent charging infrastructure necessary for the development of the Agency's fleet.
The task includes:
o Determine the needs in consultation with the Agency's internal clients: Fleet Management Service, Operatiservices;
o Validate the needs, schedule and budget;
o Carry out technical feasibility studies for each Agency site;
o Coordinate the studies with the Network Manager;
o Define, dimension and organize the operational response: material, equipment, internal intesuppliers and partners, if necessary in collaboration with an external engineering office;
o Plan and direct the installation work;
o Ensure the administrative, technical and financial follow-up of the project;
o Negotiate and defend the interests of the Agency in the close ovagreements with the different parties;
o Ensure the coordination of the parties involved (internal customers, installers, contractors, suppliers, etc.);
o Check the progress and quality of the work of suppliers/subcontractors/companies;
o Budgetary control of projects...
