Mandate of Auditor as provided for by the law of December 7, 2016 organizing the profession and public supervision of company auditors and as provided for by the Companies Code. This mandate is strictly reserved for Company Auditors, either in their personal name or in the name of their firm. In the latter case, the office must appoint one or more permanent representatives who have the status of company auditors.
