The purpose of the service market is to make the monthly provision of electronic meal checks to the Port de Brussels staff as well as, optionally, the provision punctually of electronic gift vouchers. The mission includes:-The creation of accounts meal vouchers (and, if necessary, gift vouchers) on which the nominal value can be deposited for the benefit of staff members;-the processing of orders and monthly imputation of the accounts of the staff members employed by the port of Brussels; - the emission/creation and delivery of magnetic cards;- the issue, creation and supply of new cards in the event of loss;- free notification by SMS and/or message generated on the GSM of the beneficiaries of checks via a ad hoc application (recharging, expiration, remaining balance);- provision of an application for smart phones allowing to see in real time the evolution of the portfolio of checks by the BÊnÊ Ficica.- The security measures provided for in the event of loss/flight ... - Documents:
