Description:
The attention of tenderers is drawn to the fact that this service market will be put into competition in the form of an occasional joint market, in accordance with article 48 of the law of June 17, 2016 relating to public procurement. Entities with a general interest in ordering and Having these services are executed are: - the EPICURA hospital center; - the non -profit organization Creche The Garden of Doudous; The ASBL Center Hospitalier Epicura is designated as authority (contracting authority) responsible, on behalf of the other aforementioned entities, of competition, allocation and execution of this market. Market conditions provide separate invoicing and payment for each of the partners. Finally, all the listings annexed to the special specifications for the appendix 3 of this selection guide were established on the basis of the situation of the contracting authority and participating entities in March 2021. Changes can therefore be made between the competition period and the notification of each batch of the market without any compensation being claimed by service providers.
