This contract is a service market and focuses on the triennial assessment of two business networks (or clusters); The Twist Cluster and Info Cluster ICT, conducted pursuant to the Decree of 18 January 2007 on the support and development of corporate networks or clusters and the Walloon Government Decree of 16 May 2007 applying the decree of 18 January 2007 .For Each cluster, the assessment will cover the entire grant triennium eventually from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2022 for both clusters.
