Description:
The purpose of this contract is long-term support for the establishment and development of an advisory system for the rice sector in Mauritania. (See part 5 Terms of reference).
Taking into account Taking into account the nature of the service and its purpose which implies a certain flexibility which ispermitted by the framework agreement. Our knowledge of the context of intervention and the evolving nature of our programming do not allow us to precisely define the volume of the service (to be specified at the end of the framing phase), the choice fell on the modality of framework agreement.
Bythis procedure, the contracting authority therefore aims to conclude a framework agreement with a single service provider with a view to entrusting it with services related to the subject of this framework agreement. The procedure for concluding the framework agreement is detailed in point 3.1.
As and when requireds who present themselves, these will be the subject of specific missions assigned to a single service provider with whom the framework agreement will have been concluded.
The missions based on the framework agreement will be awarded in accordance with the terms described in point 3.2.
The objectives and results targeted by the present framework agreement are described in part 5 "Terms of reference".
