- The purpose of the market aims to empty and clean the hydrocarbons separators (DEBUS) present on seven sites belonging to the agency (all located in the Brussels-Capital Region-see article 25 and point 1 of the technical prescriptions of this Special specifications); The evacuation of "liquid" hazardous waste, the evacuation of sludge and occasional interventions (unblocking and cleaning, emptying of the avalosions, water nets with grid and incorporated slope, etc.).
