Pedestrian flows or passer-by counts make it possible to make an opinion on the commercial vitality of a street, its attractiveness and its functioning as well as the potentialities of a specific location.Hub.brussels is currently measuring the number of barges which roam the different areas and arteries trading in the Brussels-Capital Region. These measures are carried out manually by its staff and implemented in its database.
