Description:
This market is a market for architecture, engineering and urban development and landscape architecture market. The RCA of Vielsalm wishes, in partnership with the municipality of Vielsalm and the sports clubs active on the site, reorganize the sports offer at the level of Football and tennis rue Hermanmont in Vielsalm. The RCA also wishes to enhance the land behind the municipal swimming pool and modernize the skate-park and the play plain present on the site. In addition, it is necessary to review the traffic plan on the site as well as the zones of parking. The project will have to integrate the will of the contracting authority to develop a synthetic cork football field (with lighting) on the site, as well as the different needs of the active clubs on the site. A new skilled concrete skatepark and a new play plain will also have to be integrated into the project. The area at the back of the pool could be fitted into a small versatile hall whose function remains to be determined (padel, climbing, gymnastics, weight room, etc.). Communication between this area and the rest of the site must be reviewed, the current gateway Stripping the river being dilapidated. Finally, the project must take into account and enhance the small St-Gengoux chapel near the site, a renovation project being also provided for this chapel, an important heritage asset.
