The purpose of the contract is to produce a detailed map of artificialization and waterproofing in the Walloon territory and its integration into a geo-environmental Decision Support Tool. This contract is divided into two lots, the first concerning cartography
pstrictly speaking and the second concerns complementary developments linked to a geoenvironmental Decision Support Tool dedicated to better consideration of the consequences linked to these two issues in terms of environment and development.
