Public services of services aimed at carrying out a data statement via a field survey in order to establish the new existing de facto situation called "sitex 2.0"
The main object of the market is the realization of the field survey which will supply the BD-Sitex. The market is divided into two lots:  lot A: Organization of statements in the field, coordination and management of the team of investigators  lot B: provision of a team of data investigators given which will feed the BD-Sitex will be essentially collected via a field survey. Other data will be extracted from existing comics and will be preloaded in the BD-Sitex.
