Description:
The purpose of the market is, on order and on behalf of the agency: - the verification of the financial situation and the annual accounts of the contracting authority, arrested on December 31 including the control of the regularity of operations transcribed in its annual accounts and the establishment of a written and detailed verification report (“Long Form Report) intended for the general management of the contracting authority as well as to the Minister concerned and the Minister of Finance of the Brussels-Capital Region; - the intermediate control, on the basis of the accounts adopted on June 30, for the general management of the contracting authority as well as for the minister concerned including the establishment of a written verification report; The market will have a duration of 4 years to date from its award. The mission will start, for the accounting exercise of 2025, by the intermediate control on the basis of the accounts closed on June 30 and will end after the closing of the financial year 2028 and the delivery of the long form.
