- Public service contract relating to support in the definition and implementation of the EAP's IT and information security management strategy, as well as the appointment of a data protection delegate The present market is a service contract which aims: - on the one hand, to call on an external consultant to assist the School of Public Administration common to the French Community and the Walloon Region in the development and implementation of its IT strategy and information security management, particularly within the framework of the future management contract, as well as advising it in the project management of implementation projects of the IT solutions required to support its operating and management process; - on the other hand, to appoint an external data protection delegate with a view to meeting the obligations arising from the General Data Protection Regulation as well as with a view to supporting the EAP in maintaining GDPR compliance. The bidder will propose the curriculum vitae of one and the same person for the two aspects referred to above.
