Description:
The objective of this contract is to carry out solar mapping (photovoltaic and solar thermal) in Wallonia. The main steps are:
•Collection and production of data for the implementation of the cartographic base of the technical potential of solar production (Photovoltaicand solar thermal) of "solar cadastre" type buildings constituting the physical base to be connected to multiple uses.
•Produce the decision support module (macro): This module, dedicated to administrations and public authorities, cada statistical analysis functionalitiessolar system at different scales (municipalities, provinces, region), by productivity class, by network connection compatibility, by sector of activity, etc... It is a decision-making aid and monitoring (allowing later control functionalities, like theSIGEC agricole ).
•Produce the "Prosumer" module promoting solar power to candidate producer citizens and promoting, for both new and old prosumers, the notion of individual self-consumption, its individual and collective interests, good practices and thetools to improve it (home automation). This tool offers profitability calculations based on solar potential, individual self-consumption and can suggest energy sharing once the relevant legislation is in force.
