• The purpose of this service contract concerns the validation of a preliminary study carried out internally, followed by the implementation and support of two components: 1) The creation and implementation of an autonomous municipal management: how to create a management autonomous municipal authority, what are the stages, points of attention and questions to ask with a view to the creation of a RCA, what is its regime both in terms of public law and in terms of taxation, what is its management, its governance, its implications financial and accounting etc. 2) The dissolution of the current sectors which would be affected by this measure and their transfer of all or part to an autonomous municipal authority to be created, knowing that this transfer must take place taking into consideration the particularities and subtleties of each sector but also the impact on current projects, particularly real estate, with the resulting tax consequences Category (CPV code): Legal advisory services (79111000)
