The market includes two distinct lots. Its purpose is therefore to award the following lots and positions: LOT 1 ALL INSURANCES EXCLUDING CYBER RISK POSITION 1.1. PROPERTY DAMAGE INSURANCE 1.1.1 Fire and related perils insurance 1.1.2 All risks insurance for electronics, computer equipment, office automation and paging devices 1.1.3 Global insurance against theft, transportation and stay of funds POST 1.2 PERSONAL PROTECTION INSURANCE 1.2.1 Workplace accident insurance and "surplus-law" (1967 law) 1.2.2 Workplace accident insurance and "surplus-law" (1971 law) 1.2.3 Personal accident insurance POST 1.3 LIABILITY INSURANCE 1.3.1 General liability insurance Rest home 1.3.2 Compulsory insurance Strict civil liability in the event of fire or explosion 1.3.3 Civil liability insurance for administrators POST 1.4 INSURANCE AUTOMOBILES 1.4.1 Vehicle insurance 1.4.2 Omnium Mission insurance LOT 2 - CYBER RISK INSURANCE §4. The technical requirements that the services must meet are included below in the technical clauses of these special specifications. These technical clauses must be imperatively met and respected throughout the duration of performance of the services.
