- CAPAC wishes to relocate its payment offices from TOURNAI (located at Avenue Henri Paris, 17 at 7500 Tournai), ALOST (at Frederic van der Nootstraat 8 at 9300 Aalst) and NIVELLES (Chaussée de Bruxelles, 78 at 1400 Nivelles) respectively at the following addresses : o LOT 1: Place Reine Astrid 5/1, at 7500 Tournai o LOT 2: Albrechtlaan 100, at 9300 Aalst o LOT 3: Place du Canestia 1,3 & 5 at 1400 Nivelles The three buildings hosting the future premises of the CAP AC are all recent (2024 or less) and all have CASCO spaces on the ground floor. Various interior fittings, special techniques (HVAC, Sanitary, Electricity, etc.) and interior closures/finishing works are expected in order to implement the program of the various offices. payments, while taking into account the managerial provisions relating to the CAPAC graphic charter (appendix 5) to the New Way Of Working (appendix 6) and the carbon neutrality objectives of the federal real estate stock desired by the national authorities and European standards by 2050.
