• This market is a market for architectural, engineering and urban planning and landscape architecture services. The RCA of Vielsalm wishes, in partnership with the municipality of Vielsalm and the sports clubs active on the site, to reorganize the sports offer at the football and tennis fields on rue Hermanmont in Vielsalm. The RCA also wishes to develop the land behind the municipal swimming pool and modernize the skate park and the playground on the site. Furthermore, it is necessary to review the traffic plan on the site as well as the parking areas. The project must integrate the desire of the contracting authority to develop a synthetic cork football field (with lighting) on ​​the site, as well as the various needs of clubs active on the site. A new smoothed concrete skatepark and a new playground will also have to be integrated into the project. The area behind the swimming pool could be converted into a small multi-purpose hall whose function remains to be determined (padel, climbing, gymnastics, weight room, etc.). Communication between this area and the rest of the site will need to be reviewed, as the current footbridge spanning the watercourse is dilapidated. Finally, the project must take into account and implement value of the small St-Gengoux chapel in the direct vicinity of the site, a renovation project being also planned for this chapel, an important heritage asset.
