Description:
The contract consists of participating in the establishment and monitoring of a methodology
making it possible to provide answers to (1) questions about the Walloon hydrographic network in connection
with respect for permanent plant cover and (2) inconsistencies (complex zones)
identified at the ca layersrtographic maps of the Walloon hydrographic network. The Walloon hydrographic network must be updated based on the analyzes and responses provided. This contract is therefore divided into 3 tasks described in detail in the technical clauses of this CSC: • Task 1: Analysis of the questionsin connection with respect for permanent plant cover • Task 2: Analysis of the complex zones identified at the level of the Walloon hydrographic network (+/- 15,000 zones) • Task 3: Update of the Walloon hydrographic network following the analyzes carried out within the framework tasks n1 and n2 The mission, includingThe geographical area of interest is the whole of Wallonia, will be done in close collaboration with the technical agents of the Directorate of Non-navigable Watercourses of the SPW ARNE, the managers of provincial watercourses, or even municipal authorities and possibly the Police and Control Department of the SPWARNE. As part of this contract, personal data such as location data (GPS position) or identification of the person could be processed.
