Description:
The city of Antwerp aims to expand the network of public AC charging stations. The rollout is not limited to the coordination, installation and operation (maintenance, helpdesk, etc.) of Charging Infrastructure.
The concession agreement will be concluded with one Concessionaire and besconsists of a placement component and an operating component. The installation part is the period in which the AC Charging Infrastructure is installed by the Concessionaire (cf. the installation period) and is two years, extendable by one year. For more information regarding the locationperiod, reference is made to Article 5.1. of the Concession Guidelines. The operating component is the period during which operation and maintenance of the installed AC Charging Infrastructure are included (cf. the operating period) and is at least ten years. For more information regarding theoperating period, reference is made to Article 5.2. of the Concession Guidelines.
For the calculation of the estimated value of the concession, the contracting authority has, on the basis of the various aspects of the concession, taken into account every plausible advantage that the concession holdercan obtain from the present concession during the entire term of the concession.
