Description: The purpose of this contract is the provision of services relating to the development of (re) sustainable development programs in the most impacted municipalities by the exceptional floods of 14, 15 and 16 July 2021, communes De Limburg, Pepinster, Trooz, Chaudfontaine, Esneux, Liège, Rochefort, Theux and Verviers (Priority Categories and 1). These municipalities are divided into 3 lots.
These programs will need to send different themes (land use planning, environment, climate, energy, housing, mobility, economic development, public infrastructure, medico-social infrastructure, social action, agriculture, tourism, heritage ...) and integrate climate hazards. The reconstruction of flood neighborhoods must take into account the risks associated with climate change and put resilience at the heart of the territorial model.
