Description:
This contract concerns the renewal of the support associated with Oracle licenses and hardware used within the Parliament of Wallonia. This market includes: - the annual renewal of software support contracts Software Update License & Support (SULS); - the annual renewal of Oracle Premier Support for Systems hardware support contracts for the servers concerned; - administrative and contractual management of renewals with Oracle. No maintenance service, operation or technical administration of the IT infrastructure is expected within the framework of this contract. This is a public service contract. The conclusion of the contract does not give any exclusivity rights to the successful bidder. The power The awarding authority may, during the duration of the contract, have services identical or similar to those described in the special specifications carried out by other service providers or by its own services.
