- The subject of the contract is the provision of services relating to the creation of an interactive web platform. ATTENTION : Democracy Reloading's visual identity (found in contract documents under the name Brand_Guideline) is not to be changed significantly. Description of services to be performed: launch a renewed version 2.0 of an existing platform, review the visual concept of the website, and create/program the website according to the specifications provided. Based on feedback from users and experts over the first three years of the https://democracy-reloading.eu website's existence, the partnership plans to create a new version 2.0 of the Democracy Reloading website. The work is divided into three phases: - Phase A from 1/06/24 to 30/11/24: updating the design and creating the framework for the new website (static content and content generated by European and national management only) - Phase B from 1/12/24 to 31/05/25: creation of the interactive collective learning section of the website (for registered municipalities) - Phase C from 1/06/25 to 31/05/26: Creating a community of practice among registered municipalities and users.
