- The Intercultural Action Center is a private non-profit organization subsidized at more than 90% which has opted for the appointment of an external Commissioner for the certification of its accounts. This market is strictly reserved for company auditors, either as individually or as an auditing firm; in the latter case the firm must designate a person responsible for the execution of the contract, having the status of company auditor. Purpose of the public contract As part of this public contract, the mission of the auditor includes: 1) the legal audit of the annual accounts for the financial years 2026, 2027, 2028. 2) the performance of any service reserved to the auditor, by effect of the law (Code of Companies and Associations, etc.) or the statutes, such as the writing of reports (other than those relating to mission sub 1).
