Description: The call makers of the CIC (Centers for Information and Communication, also known as the emergency centers 101) need a good, complete and structured basic training.
The subject of this assignment is therefore the organization of a basic training for calltakers CIC. This basic training Calltakers CIC (228 lessons in total) is divided into 5 courses, namely:
• Basic principles of the judicial & police organization (24 teaching hours);
• Communication (27 teaching hours);
• Prevention of suicide (12 teaching hours);
• Social and technical skills (87 teaching hours);
• Nomenclature of the events and applied protocols (exercises) (78 teaching hours).
