• 1.1.1. The object of the assignment is − the 'design', including project coordination, energy performance and safety coordination − the 'build' − the necessary quality checks and adjustments to provide a fully finished, ready-to-use 'product' for the Floraliënlaan 400 C, 2600 Berchem and this for a fixed lump sum price in the context of a result obligation according to the “turnkey principle.” The contractor bears the full risk for all technical matters problems, the actual scope of the performance, obtaining the necessary permits, the wage and price evolution to realize all obligations under this assignment at a global, fixed, lump sum price. This means that in the command all includes loads, materials and actions that are necessary for the execution of the assignment and are directly related to it. The contractor is therefore also responsible for the necessary quality checks and adjustments to ensure a completely finished job to make available a 'product' that fully meets all the stated conditions.
