- The purpose of this market is to designate an entrepreneur who will be responsible for repairing drainage and replacing buried piping of certain dwellings belonging to the House of Men, as the needs. The different order orders will therefore aim for the repair of drainage (including replacing buried pipes). The quantities which will be ordered are not precisely known when the market is passed. Indeed, at the time of writing the conditions of this market, the house of men is unable to define with precision the quantities of work it will need. Consequently, the various positions are provided in alleged quantities (QP). Ordering a minimum quantity is not guaranteed. The presumed quantities indicated in the special specifications governing this market are given to Purely indicative title, they do not engage the house of men. Consequently, the contractor has no acquired right to make certain quantities and he cannot claim any compensation in the event that the quantities presumed are not affected.
