- The purpose of this market is the acquisition and postponement on topographic and bathymetric data plans of non -navigated hydraulic tracks of the Ourthe and the Amblève with a view to future hydraulic models. The services to be performed consist in obtaining a topography of the minor bed and a fringe of 3 meters beyond the heel tops, as well as the topography and the geometric characteristics of the hydraulic works present in, on or in the immediate vicinity of the course 'Water according to the following general methods: - The watercourse will be described by a succession of cross -country profiles spaced 75 meters; - Additional crossing profiles will be lifted to the right to the pronounced modifications of the waterway that can cause hydraulic accidents; - For each transverse work, 1 upstream profile and 1 downstream profile against the work will be lifted. In the case of an oblique structure, 1 upstream profile and 1 additional downstream profile will be lifted perpendicular to flow; - longitudinal works, such as anti-grinding walls will also be lifted; - The outdoor areas will be the subject of a detailed acquisition by Lidar drone and/or photogr ...
