For a fixed period of 2 years, tacitly renewable twice for 1 year, i.e. possible total duration of 4 years starting on the day of notificationmarket. The contract will be tacitly renewed, unless three months' notice is given by the PAB concerned to the successful bidder before the deadline. In the event of non-renewal of this contract, no justification must be provided and it cannot give rise to compensation.
Execution time:
Execution of the contract will begin at the latest within 3 months from the day after its notification (depending on the stock within each PAB and production times on the part of the bidder(s).
