The purpose of the market is to designate a service provider, responsible for providing a service allowing: • on the one hand the implementation (if necessary by ad-hoc software developments) and the deployment of an open data portal (sharing open data) of SaaS type-software-as-a-service; • on the other hand to ensure its follow-up, support (if necessary through training), and technical support throughout the Execution of this market; concretely, the tenderer is asked to offer an open data content management platform of which he will provide accommodation (managed hosing), updates and technical support.
