The market includes five parties: an audit / analysis of the Grand'Place and the current use of it with the participation in the follow-up committees which will be set up with residents on the one hand and the communal services of another part (the various studies already carried out by the city will be made available); Helping needs definition; The financing of the investment (s) retained by the contracting authority, after the aforementioned audits, via the granting of a credit opening up to the maximum amount (s). mentioned below, with a view to financing investment expenditure (conditions: cf. chapter 3); Financial assistance and administrative service (Conditions: see Chapter 4); Administrative, financial and technical support of the contracting authority, during the duration of the project (s), below called technical and financial support of the project (Conditions: cf. chapter 5).
