- This market is a design and production market (design & build) which relates to the study, installation and supply of a mobile network signal increase in the extension of the parliament located Rue Notre-Dame, 3 to 5000 Namur. According to the constraints of construction, the external network signal is currently not accessible. Coordination and management enter, on the one hand, the authors of projects active on the site of the extension of the parliament for the wiring plans with their journey and the equipment and, on the other hand, the operators of the mobile network for the installation of their modules are to be covered by the contractor of this market.
