Description:
Energy renovation consists of: - exterior insulation of the vertical walls from inside or outside; - insulation by the interior of the walls contiguous to adjoining constructions; - insulation of slope roofs and tile coverage (according to calendage for museum and random for the dojo); - the realization of new sides in tiles (following placking for museum and random for the dojo); - the realization of new artificial slate facilities above neighboring plots (max of the 24cm complex following agreement with owners concerned); - insulation + coating of Smooth concrete floor slab hangar; - insulation of wall feet; - replacement of exterior joinery with triple glazing (including new dojo canopy); - the air tightness of the whole; - treatment of ascending humidity; - the installation of a double-flow mechanical ventilation system; - the installation of a new external facing; - adaptation and/or updating certain bays; - the magnitude with creation, modification or deletion of berries; - the adaptation of the hangar frame; - the adaptation of DEP; - the strengthening of the frame of the dojo (= Marmousets room); - the creation of a VMC room in the hangar; - the installation and connection of a double-flax mechanical ventilation system and its distribution and mouth network as well as all its accessories and rac...
