this market relates to a missionof a project author relating to a pre-study and a study, with a view to renovating and reallocation in administrative premises, as part of the principles of "New Ways of Working" (NWOW), the following spaces of the Palais des Beaux-Arts:-The building located 10 rue Royale; - the administrative wing,also located on the rue Royale side; - foci 1, 2 and 3; - The lab located on the rue Ravenstein side. This market consists of 2 sections (see below). Depending on the available budget and the results of the pre-study, the two tranches will or may not be controlled by the contracting authority. 1. Firm slice- Pre -study (Pre -project) 2.
