- As part of its control missions on the regional CO2 market and advice to regional authorities, the CWAPE wishes in particular to have decision -making elements relating to CO2 quality specifications, to which it will be brought to Pronounce, whether in the context of approval of the conditions of access to the CO2 transport network or in the context of an opinion or a proposal to be submitted to the Walloon government. The CWAPE wishes to be able to arbitrate between the requirements of the carrier and those of the CO2 issuers.
