- Public contract for works with the object "the design and construction of an external capture warehouse, as well as making it available to the VRT"
The Assignment consists of the design, construction (which should also be understood to mean the renovation of an existing building fully in accordance with the requirements and necessities of the Contracting Authority) and making it available (e.g. via a rental or a similar construction) to the VRT of an external brine warehouse situated within a square perimeter - with a height of 20 km and a width of 20 km - in which the VRT headquarters is geographically the most southerly central point (or in the bottom center), as also geographically far Appendix 2 of the Selection Instructions; with a maximum distance of 4 km from an entrance or exit of a motorway; which must be accessible with a truck of + 7.5 tons; and whose route to the entrance or exit does not run anywhere through a residential or school zone (where a speed limit of 30 km / h - permanent or part-time - would apply). The Assignment must be carried out in accordance with the build-to- suit formula.
