- The subject of this framework agreement is the supply of non-alcoholic beverages, prepackaged foodstuffs and single-use auxiliary items.
The framework agreement is divided into 3 lots:
- Lot 1: Supply of beverages and prepackaged foodstuffs
- Lot 2: Supply of beverages and prepackaged foodstuffspackaged organic and/or Fairtrade
- Lot 3: Supply of extra single-use items
This framework agreement is concluded for a period of 3 years starting on February 1, 2024
The framework agreement is concluded for the benefit of the following user entities:
- The services of the Walloon Region whose admiorganizations are located in various places in the Walloon Region and the Brussels-Capital Region;
- Bodies directly dependent on them;
- Walloon ministerial cabinets;
- Contracted bodies (contracting authorities which have signed a membership agreement at the central achat, who have expressed an interest in this procedure, who have communicated their needs
