• Description:
• The purpose of this contract is the design and organization of training relating to emotional intelligence already provided for in the EAP offer to meet the needs of our clients, both the SPW and the Walloon UAPs as well as the MWFB and its UAPs. The contents must be adapted to the face-to-face and remote training format in order to allow agents working or living far from Namur or Brussels to access the training. The bidder is asked to design the content of the training Emotional intelligence: how to tame your emotions? in order to allow, in a professional environment, any agent to welcome their emotions at work, recognize them and have tools to manage them. Lead learners to be able to identify the emotions that manifest themselves and to what needs they are related in order to know themselves better, improve their interpersonal relationships and have more effective communication with others. Provide learners with tools to deal with emotions generated by uncomfortable work situations, perceived as difficult, linked to a constantly changing work environment and finally, acquire the tools to decode the expression of one's own emotions and those of others through le langage verbal et non verbal.
