• Tech Lane Parkgebouw nv owns and manages The Nucleus, a building located at Suzanne Tassierstraat 11, 9052 Ghent, at the Tech Lane Ghent Science Park. The Nucleus is a multifunctional multi-tenant building with laboratories, office spaces, meeting rooms, event spaces and a company restaurant. Through this assignment, the Contracting Authority wishes to appoint a service provider for the implementation and provision of an integrated software solution for the digitization and automation of building management, especially for The Nucleus. The assignment covers a single lot, as the Contracting Authority is looking for one integrated total solution, possibly modular, but offered and supported as one coherent platform. Objectives The assignment has the following objectives: • centralizing data relating to the building, spaces, tenants, contracts, visitors, reservations, tickets, etc.; • reducing manual administration and error-prone processes; • increasing transparency, auditability and reporting options; • improving the operational functioning of The Nucleus; • facilitating integrations with existing and future systems; • providing a scalable solution that can be expanded depending on needs.
